Ms. Yue has been with Adler Consulting since February 2012. Her primary responsibility is preparing Traffic Impact and Parking Studies for proposed developments in the New York Metropolitan Area. Ms. Yue has also assisted in the municipal review of various projects submitted to the reviewing agencies.

Prior to joining us, Ms. Yue was a Senior Engineer at Dunn Engineering Associates (DEA), P.C., in Westhampton Beach, Suffolk County, NY where she was employed for 15 years. While at Dunn, she worked on various traffic impact, parking, safety, and corridor studies.

DEA projects included apartment complexes, entertainment establishments, catering facilities, home improvement stores, planned retirement communities, high-turnover/sit-down restaurants, as well as several shopping malls and other private developments located in Nassau and Suffolk County, NY.

DEA corridor studies included Suffolk County Road 39 (11 intersections), Suffolk County Road 80 (10 intersections), and New York State Route 347 (33 signalized intersections).

Ms. Yue was also instrumental in the preparation of the Traffic Impact Study for the two-parcel, 165-acre Old Plainview Mixed-Use Development proposed in Nassau County (26 intersections) which was submitted to the reviewing agencies as part of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement package.
