Adler Consulting represented A.R.E.S., a citizen’s group, in their evaluation of a proposed shopping center expansion. Traffic engineering services included a complete re-analysis of an applicant's submitted traffic study and the preparation of a detailed critique of its procedures, analyses and findings.

Sunny Valley Tax District, New Milford, CT
When a large-scale proposed development was proposed, the Sunny Valley Tax District retained Adler Consulting to analyze the Traffic Impact Study prepared by the applicant and proposed access alternatives to ease the traffic volumes on the local residential streets. Access revisions were effectuated through meetings with the developer and presentations to the Town's Planning Board.

The Golden Triangle, Middletown, NY
This 95-acre property is proposed to become a mixed-use facility containing a regional shopping mall, a 400-room hotel, commercial facilities and a residential component. In protecting their interests, the client retained Adler Consulting to review the traffic impacts of a proposed nearby retail facility and represented the client in discussions with the Town of Wallkill.

North Street Widening, White Plains, NY
Reconstruction of the North Street arterial in White Plains created sight-distance impairments for a resident within this corridor. Adler Consulting represented the homeowner in reviewing the plans, suggested alternative mitigation measures and met with the City of White Plains and the County of Westchester for their implementation.

Convenience Store Conversion, White Plains, NY
Local merchants were concerned about an application for conversion of an automobile repair service station to a combination convenience store and gasoline station. Adler Consulting provided traffic engineering geometric considerations relative to the site plan and investigated the adjacent on-street parking availability.

US Route 7, Wilton, CT
Citizens for Balanced Environment and Transportation, Foundation, Inc. retained Adler Consulting to review the plans by the State of Connecticut for the extension of "Super 7" through the Town of Wilton, CT.

CVS, Rye, NY
