Parking for events at the museum were proposed to be accommodated by an expanded on-Site parking component as well as available spaces in nearby commuter lots on weekends and evenings.

Considerations were also given to bus access from the nearby commuter rail station as well as upgrading the adjacent roadway arterial.

The efforts included interfacing with and providing technical analyses for the many jurisdictional agencies.

Restaurant/Banquet Facilities, Rye, NY
Adler Consulting reviewed access considerations, parking needs, valet parking criteria and trip generation characteristics for Continental Hosts, Ltd. in their plan to convert the bath-house site in Rye Playland as well as the "Mansion" of the Rye Golf Club to a food-service facility providing for both catering functions and restaurant operations.
