Renaissance Square, White Plains NY
Adler Consulting provided Traffic Engineering Services for a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 522,000 sf Gross Floor Area (GFA) of office space in one building; and, 200 residential dwelling units and a 192-room hotel in a second building. The development also included construction of up to 1,600 sf GLA of ancillary retail space and a 10,200 sf restaurant. Parking for approximately 1,350 vehicles are provided for both buildings on-Site. Efforts include traffic and parking impacts, access, circulation and upgrading traffic signal in the vicinity of the Site.

City Center, White Plains, NY
Adler Consulting provided Traffic Engineering Services for Cappelli Enterprises for the development of a mixed-use facility consisting of an 18-screen multiplex theater, 394,000 sf retail, 55,000 sf restaurants and 600 residential apartments in the core of downtown White Plains. Efforts include access, circulation and traffic and parking impacts.

New Roc City, 1A, New Rochelle, NY
For Cappelli Enterprises, Adler Consulting monitored the traffic volumes at specified intersections in the vicinity of this entertainment complex. Additionally, a Traffic Impact Study was completed for a development parcel opposite New Roc City to contain a mix of office, residential and hotel facilities.

Tuckahoe Commons, Yonkers, NY
Adler Consulting prepared a traffic impact study for a contemplated 375,000 sf retail development with a community center and a small park fronting on Tuckahoe Road at Hermann Place in the City of Yonkers, NY. With access provided from Tuckahoe Road and Ridge Hill Boulevard, improvements would include the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of the Thruway northbound ramp with Tuckahoe Road as well as the reconfiguration of the intersection of Tuckahoe Road with Herrmann Place.

Target Store, Stamford, CT
The Target Corporation planned a retail Target Store in downtown Stamford. Adler Consulting performed the analyses and coordinated efforts with the City and the developer with respect to traffic.

A&P, New Rochelle, Scarsdale and Hastings NY
Adler Consulting prepared a Parking Needs Analysis and reviewed the access and traffic safety considerations for inter-circulation requirements for A&P’s plan for an additional parking lot across a heavily-traveled arterial in New Rochelle. Adler Consulting represented A&P to the local community and the Town of Greenburgh in their expansion of their Scarsdale supermarket. Adler Consulting also resolved traffic-related issues with NYS DOT and the Village of Hastings for the conversion and modernization of an A&P to a Food Emporium.

Sandford Boulevard Redevelopment, Mount Vernon, NY
G&S Investors developed a large retail complex on Sandford in Mount Vernon, New York. Adler Consulting provided traffic engineering services in the analyses of the traffic impacts and in preparation of conceptual plans for roadway improvements.

The Container Store, White Plains, NY
Adler Consulting prepared a Traffic Impact Study for this 24,000 square foot retail store directly opposite The Westchester in White Plains, NY.

SONY White Plains Theatres, White Plains, NY
As part of a plan for the development of a 20-screen, 5100-seat multiplex theater, Adler Consulting prepared the Parking Assessment and the Traffic Impact Study for this downtown complex. The analyses included 17 intersections over four time frames and three roadway configuration alternatives for Robert Martin Company/Jack Parker Enterprises.

333 Westchester Avenue, White Plains, NY
Adler Consulting analyzed the traffic impacts associated with the replacement of a single-user corporate facility with a multiple tenant office building of approximately 600,000 square feet.

360 Hamilton Avenue, White Plains, NY
For Cappelli Enterprises, Adler Consulting prepared a Traffic Impact Study for the conversion of a 360,000 sf office building to a courthouse for the State of New York and the County of Westchester.

Beacon Point Marina, Cos Cob, CT
Beacon Point Marina planned an expansion of their recreational facility to increase the number of boat berths as well as a to provide a community center, a restaurant and an Assisted Living facility. Adler Consulting assisted in the preparation of the support documentation and testified before the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Richards of Greenwich, Greenwich, CT
As part of their plans for the development of a new retail facility, Adler Consulting analyzed the traffic and parking impacts for a stand-alone 30,000 square foot facility with a new below-grade parking structure to accommodate parking for their operations as well as for an adjacent office facility and a municipal parking component.
